Housekeeper

Carolina Mornings is seeking "superstar" Housekeepers to join the best cleaning service in Western North Carolina. We offer a highly competitive piece-rate pay system, allowing efficient, high-quality cleaners to earn between $750 and $1,000+ per week. Full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401(k) matching, and health stipends.

This role is perfect for reliable professionals who take pride in transforming vacation rentals into pristine, "guest-ready" sanctuaries. Requirements include a personal vehicle (AWD/4WD preferred), a clean background check, and the stamina to handle the physical demands of mountain property maintenance. Property Inspector

Carolina Mornings is seeking a detail-oriented Property Inspector to ensure our Asheville-area vacation rentals meet the highest standards of luxury and comfort. Supporting the Director of Housekeeping, you will conduct rigorous quality inspections, evaluating everything from interior cleanliness and linen staging to property security and basic amenity maintenance (hot tubs/fireplaces).

This role is a blend of quality control and team leadership. You will document performance, provide corrective training for housekeeping staff, and manage field inventories. When necessary, you’ll step in to perform housekeeping duties to ensure every home is "guest-ready."

The ideal candidate has at least three years of hospitality experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure. This position requires weekend/holiday availability, a reliable vehicle (4WD/AWD recommended), and comfort using mobile technology in a paperless environment.
