Which Referrals Qualify for Carolina Mornings Program?
Every year, Carolina Mornings turns away dozens of potential homeowners who do not meet our quality listing standards. Our company prides itself in managing top-performing vacation rentals near Asheville, and we're well suited for clients with high-end, high-value homes that want high nightly rents. Our listing quality can be seen in our higher-than-average nightly rents and occupancy. It's also reflected in our Vrbo Premier Partner Listing's percentage, which is 60% versus the industry average of 25%. Below are some of the preliminary guidelines we use when assessing a referral:
Referrals Guidelines
- Clients who are investing in real estate, buying a vacation home, or a second home. Typical home values are $450,000 or greater in value.
- Properties with expansive views, hot tubs, and/or scenic views are preferred.
- Homes must be within 60 mins of downtown Asheville (our operating range).
**To be eligible for a referral bonus, you must be a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent. Referral bonuses are paid directly to the brokerage, or to the agent through the agent's broker, via check. A $1,000 bonus will be paid for successful referrals expected to produce between $45,000 and $70,000 in annual gross rent, and a bonus of $1,500 will be paid for properties expected to exceed $70,000 annually. Payment will be issued within 5 business days of the referred property calendar 'go-live' date on CarolinaMornings.com.
