Job Description
Carolina Mornings is seeking courteous, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable individuals to join our team as Vacation Coordinators. This role involves handling reservations, new and changes, administrative tasks, guest support, complaint resolutions, and remote troubleshooting of property maintenance issues. This is a fast-paced and at times high-pressure work environment, built on teamwork and dedication to procedural tasks, and requires a high level of multitasking paired with phone-centered customer service.
Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
● Assist guests, property owners, and team members with inquiries via numerous channels including inbound/outbound telephone calls and messaging.
● Provide recommendations about Asheville and Western North Carolina.
● Resolve complex reservation concerns and handle escalated guest issues.
● Manage sales leads using Track/Pulse software, with an incentive program based on the number of sales made.
Administrative Tasks:
● Process reservations, including lease documents and guest payments.
● Calculate rent, fees, and taxes.
● Enter notes and audit reservations for accuracy.
● Process daily Guest Services reports.
● Assist department with ad-hoc projects as needed.
● Work within a shared email inbox, completing assigned tasks.
● Work across numerous software platforms to meet the department’s needs.
Property Maintenance & Guest Support:
● Support guests, property owners, and team members in resolving property issues.
● Troubleshoot residential systems remotely, dispatching a maintenance technician if unable to resolve via remote troubleshooting.
● Address guest questions and concerns during active reservations.
● Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
● Adhere to company and regulatory policies.
Any other requests from management.

● Experience in reservations or hospitality is preferred.
● Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
● Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
Requirements:
● Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
● Reliable computer system with anti-virus software, dual monitors, wireless headset, and webcam. (Hardware is not provided.)
● This role requires focus during scheduled shifts; working from home is not a replacement for childcare.
● Must have knowledge and passion of the Asheville area
Schedule
- Open to flexible schedule between Sunday and Thursday with weekend being required.
Wages:
- $15/hr during training, $16/hr after that, $17/hr after one year mark
