Waterfall Manor boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms and four full baths, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. With refinement in mind, Waterfall Manor includes two Main Suites with attached baths. The first showcases a King-Sized bed with an infinity-style soaking tub, a Walk-In Shower, and a makeup vanity that is perfect for getting ready for a night out in downtown Asheville. Retire to the second Main Suite which includes another King Bed, a private gas fireplace, an adjoining sitting area, a spacious full bath with a jetted tub and additional gas fireplace, and of course a lavish walk-in closet.

Location Details
Hidden in a quiet area just south of Asheville, Waterfall Manor is centrally located but feels like a private mountain retreat. Find local trails and waterfalls driving the Blue Ridge Parkway (entrance 8 miles away), and enjoy a close drive to many conveniences such as grocery shopping just 8 minutes away in Fletcher. After a busy day spent exploring the area, Waterfall Manor is an easy drive home for you to refresh and then head out again to downtown Asheville, where you'll enjoy farm-to-table dining establishments, craft breweries, theater, art galleries, and a vibrant music scene. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Fletcher and is approximately 27 minutes to downtown Asheville, 2,152ft above sea level.

• For safety concerns, swimming is not allowed in the pond.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

The kitchen was stocked to our liking. The mattress were really nice if you like prefer firm. The main floor master is beautiful.

Sierra Nevada Brewery is Close By

Beautiful property with amazing views. Pond and dock is gorgeous. Master bedrooms are very unique and it was tough to pick which one we wanted to stay in! Not sure if there is a shooting range nearby or some neighbors practicing and it scared my kids while outside, but we knew we were safe on the property. Food delivery is also very easy if you just wanted to enjoy the property rather than going out. Sierra Nevada is very close by. Would stay again!

Great for Fishing

This is a lovely piece of property for a private getaway. The home is large and has several gathering places for the whole family. There were even thoughtful touches for fur babies including a large dog crate (think Australian Shepherd size), a dog bed and bowls that were tucked in a safe and cool private pup room. The patio around the house is large and has a covered portion. The pond with fishing dock was especially fun for all of us.

Beautiful House

Our family absolutely loved this beautiful house and property - complete with pond and small waterfall. It worked well for the three couples and our two grandchildren. Beautiful setting, lovely mountain view from the porch and the master suite on the top floor. The beds were extremely comfortable. The internet worked well and the speaker system was nice to have. We were too busy to check out the television systems, but it was nice to have them available in the two master bedroom suites and main living room. We definitely hope to visit again, and will take better advantage of the grill on the porch and/or the grill and small pavillions down by the pond!

Wonderful Escape

What a beautiful retreat! This was a wonderful escape from the heat and the humidity of Florida. Close to Asheville wondering, hiking, and driving the Blue Ridge Parkway. Evenings on the deck were perfect and peaceful.
