Waterfall Cabin

Gorgeous remote location perfect for a small party. Secluded enough to feel like a getaway while remaining less than an hour from multiple destinations like Asheville and Lake Lure. If you get motion sick in cars, come prepared; the route in from Asheville is basically entirely switchbacks up and down.

Beautiful remote location full of peace. perfect for relaxing and spending some quality time with loved ones. the house was great, clean, and felt like a home away from home. My only small complaint was that for how many people the house could sleep and accommodate there was nowhere for everyone to sit and eat together.

My wife and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary here. What a place! The on-site waterfall and views of mountain sunsets were amazing! Thank you so much for lending your place to us for the weekend! We hope to come back again and again and again!

So peaceful! We had no issues with our GPS taking us to the correct address (the written directions were incorrect, as they indicated to go .80 after turning onto the house road, but I think they meant .08 and it's a typo), so just know that as soon as you turn onto the gravel road, you will go up a slight incline to the right and you need to take the very first road to the left. The house was a perfect space to decompress after being in the city. Super easy and quick to get to the village. Lots of extras such as linens, fully stocked kitchen items, beach chairs, a cooler and visitor guides. The space was very well organized and clean. It rained two days for a very short time and the extra water in the creek was such a pleasant addition. Church bells go off at 9am and 6pm and are glorious. My only complaint is that we didn't have enough days to spend more time at the house and in the area. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us.

Perfect location for a remote mountain getaway. This place was very private and the waterfall is even better than I could have imagined. The porch has a perfect view. The trek up the hill to the home passes farm animals that we adored. And the church bells! Oh my god the church bells. We travel a lot and this place is REALLY unique! It’s off the beaten path but worth the extra drive into the city. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to return.

I loved this house! It was absolutely spotless and smelled great. It was a great location. It was far enough to me secluded but not far from Ashville which was maybe about 25 minutes away. The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds and linens were clean and confortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The Waterfall Cabin definitely did not disappoint! The views and the waterfall were stunning and so peaceful. Great location too if you want a quiet place to relax. Only a 20 min drive to downtown Hendersonville and to other surrounding attractions like Chimney Rock and plenty of other mountain attractions. The cabin is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and is spacious. The WiFi worked and there is cell reception (in case you’re worried about that). If I had to be picky, I did have to clean out the microwave on day 1 because I went to use it and it looked like food exploded in there. I also couldn’t use the front loader washing machine because it wasn’t clean and stunk of mold. Luckily, I’m an overpacker but I still would’ve preferred to be able to do laundry. No other issues though. The property manager is very responsive and all instructions on getting to the cabin and the check in/out process were very clear.

Just an amazing cabin. The host was attentive and responded almost immediately. We were 6 plus our doggie Luna and we fit just perfectly. The cabin was clean and smelled like a fancy spa when we walked in. Loved it. The beds were comfy including the sofa. The kitchen had a lot of space with new appliances. The view was just amazing from the back porch. The waterfall was a plus. My kids, in laws, wife and I really loved this place and can’t wait to be back. Thank you for letting us stay in this amazing cabin!

This was a very cute cabin. It was very clean and had a perfect view from the deck. There was also a separate deck overlooking a waterfall we found especially relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked. All the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable. They are also very pet-friendly. They even have pet potty bags on hand for easy cleanup.

This home is absolutely beautiful. Mornings we have our coffee, and in the evening we have a glass of wine and beer by the waterfall. The perfect way to start the day. The house was just as advertised. Would recommend staying at this location if you are into relaxing and taking in the sites.
