The grocery store is 19 minutes away, with interstate access at the same point. Outdoor activities are plentiful, including hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway and paddling the Swannanoa River, plus there's two public parks close-by, Lake Tomahawk (14 min) and Robert Lake Park (18 min), and both have great kid's activities. With easy access to I-40 and I-240, the best area attractions are at your fingertips, including the Biltmore Estate (28 min). It's a smooth drive to downtown Asheville, offering celebrated culinary and entertainment scenes. • Community Rules: The Alpine is located in a quiet mountain community. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. In addition to the noise ordinance, guests are asked to abide by the posted speed limits while driving through the neighborhood.
• There is a Peloton Exercise Bike located in the Loft Area. Guests are permitted to use the bike if they login with their own Peloton membership. Only Delta-compatible cleated shoes can be used on this bike.
