We had a truly wonderful stay at this Waynesville property. The home is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing, the kind of place that immediately allows you to slow down and enjoy your surroundings. The setting is serene, and the house itself is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Everything about the space felt welcoming and well cared for, and being surrounded by nature made it the perfect retreat. It’s a place where you can truly unplug, whether you’re enjoying the views, relaxing indoors, or simply appreciating the quiet. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a restful and beautiful getaway in the mountains.

Spent a week there in May with my family. This is a lovely, spacious home with very cathartic views. We loved the easy access to Waynesville and reasonable access to nearby attractions and communities. The home was large but could use some general TLC maintenance. The biggest drawback to us was that the cleaning service they are using leaves a LOT to be desired, specifically the kitchen area. We literally had to run all the dishes in the cabinets along with all the silverware through the dishwasher before we could use them. Silverware drawer along with the utensil holder was dirty. Pots & pans were not thoroughly cleaned. I understand previous renters might not do a good job but if you are being charged a substantial fee for cleaning then their service personnel should be doing a significantly better job of oversight. We stayed in another home the week prior in a nearby location and the place was immaculate. It would be difficult for me to recommend this place even though it is roomy and offers quiet relaxation since there is a wide selection of rentals nearby that appear to be in better shape and better maintained.

Stayed here for 3 nights with 9 guests, and had a wonderful time. The property is quite spacious and in a beautiful location. The host was wonderful and answered all the questions pretty quickly. If you need a peaceful getaway, I recommend this place.

Carolina mornings were beautiful. It had lots of room for big family or group. It is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. My granddaughter loved the ducks on the pond and the horses in the pasture. My husband and I loved the glass room off the master bedroom. The house was very clean and well-equipped. Would recommend it!

Our family of eight headed to this beautiful home to celebrate New Year's Eve, and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed the breathtaking pond with geese, the horses in the distance, the sweeping mountains, the wonderful hot tub, playing Twister in the living room, and relaxing in the solarium watching the stars. We also had fun tubing and skiing at Chataloochee nearby. This house had all the amenities we needed with a fully stocked kitchen and every detail accounted for so that we could really enjoy our family time together. We will be back soon! Great place. Perfect coffee views in the morning. Tip: The A/C auto-turns off every 2 hours, make sure to turn it back on during the day.

Blown away by the experience. From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the right choice. The house is not just spacious and beautiful but also thoughtfully equipped for families. The views from the property are truly stunning, providing a serene backdrop to our vacation. The spacious yard, complete with a running creek, and hot tub with a screened-in porch was perfect for both adults and children, offering endless opportunities for fun. One of our family’s highlights was the lovely pond where we spent hours fishing and enjoying the tranquility. The owners have put a lot of thought into making their home welcoming and enjoyable for their guests. You can't go wrong with this place if you want to build family memories and have peaceful relaxation. My wife and I already are planning a return trip. We had a lot of plans to go to Asheville and other outside events, but we didn't even want to leave the house. Love the shower, and that there was a high chair and playpen for our 1-year-old. We cooked almost every night in the open kitchen instead of eating out. 10 stars! 5 stars is not enough!

I had a wonderful stay at this remote property. The level of cleanliness and maintenance was impressive, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Although it's a bit secluded, the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings were absolutely worth it. I would gladly return for another stay in the future.
