The Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest is also nearby (20 mins). After a busy day spent exploring local trails and waterfalls on the Blue Ridge Parkway and in nearby Brevard (20 min.), it's a short drive home for you to refresh and then head out again to discover farm-to-table dining establishments, craft breweries, theater, art galleries, and a vibrant music scene. • Noise Ordinance
Pleasant Grove Hideaway is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Additionally, firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
