Parking for 3 vehicles. (2 small cars plus 1 large vehicle or 2 large vehicles). Mountaintop Modern is located on Beaucatcher Mountain, there is an outside noise ordinance in place after 9:30 PM. Due to the elevation of this beautiful home, noise travels easily. We appreciate your cooperation.
• Amenities
Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival. To use paid services such as Netflix and Hulu Plus on the Smart TV, guests must provide their subscription account.
• All monthly reservations with Carolina Mornings require a background check that includes a $30 non-refundable fee. Any reservations that stay 91 consecutive days or longer do not have to pay taxes!
