Area attractions such as the Biltmore Estate and the River Arts District are a half hour's drive, close enough for a day trip, and just right to feel like you're a million miles away from it all! This Asheville vacation rental is located in Leicester and is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Asheville, 2,403ft above sea level.
Important Property Notes
• Cell phone coverage can be spotty or nonexistent in some parts of the mountains. This property has a land line phone to help you to stay in touch while you're on vacation. However, it should be noted that the phone is internet based and is not reliable in case of a power outage.
• Guests will need to supply their own firewood to make use of the wood burning fireplace and fire pit.
• Limited Internet
This property has limited internet service to ensure guests can keep in touch through email and basic web browsing. Please note that it cannot be used for streaming music, movies, or for transferring large files.
• 4WD/AWD Recommended in Winter
During the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan).
