Important Property Notes
• 4WD/AWD and Travel Insurance Recommended in Winter
During the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. We highly recommend guests consider CSA Travel Insurance for this property as there are no refunds for weather.
• Noise Ordinance
Magic on the Hill is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• A/C on the Upper Level Only
While the Upper Level of Magic on the Hill has central air, the main and lower levels do not. The home is usually kept very pleasant by the elevation, shade, and breeze.
• The fire pit at Magic on the Hill comes equipped with one full propane tank per reservation and should provide approximately 4-9 hours of enjoyment if used moderately, depending on the level set. Guests are welcome to refill the tank for additional burning time.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
