Asheville attractions such as the Biltmore Estate and downtown art galleries are easily accessible, and nearby destinations such as Maggie Valley (37 min.) and Cherokee, North Carolina (55 min.), are a short drive and offer plentiful options to keep your family having fun. Lauren Peak is only two minutes from I-40 and close enough to Asheville for a rideshare and food delivery. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Candler and is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Asheville.

• Noise Ordinance
Lauren Peak is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• This property is dog-friendly and allows a maximum of one dog with the payment of a non-refundable pet fee.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Additionally, Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the fire pit, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
