• The separate access, private apartment located on the lower level of the home is occasionally in use by authorized individuals. This is expected to be very infrequent, and guests shall be informed of this arrangement prior to their stay.
• Shared Driveway. Please note, the driveway at Hygge on Harrison is shared with a neighboring property. During your stay we ask that you avoid parking in this shared driveway, so that all parties can come and go from their properties with ease. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
• This property is dog-friendly with restrictions, allowing one dog per reservation.

You could not wish for a better location closer to downtown than Hygge on Harrison. This is a prime location for experiencing Asheville's thriving culinary and entertainment scenes. Enjoy shopping, gourmet dining, and dozens of art galleries all within walking distance. Located just across the overpass from Harrah's Cherokee Center, Hygge on Harrison is also close to the Montford Recreation Complex. This is a wonderful community resource that offers programs for children, an indoor gymnasium and climbing wall, a playground, tennis courts, and an amphitheater where "Shakespeare in the Park" runs from May through September. Hygge on Harrison is located in central downtown Asheville, NC; 2,159ft above sea level.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 90 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period less a cancellation fee, per our vacation rental agreement.
