Elevated Escapes feels like a remote mountain haven, yet Interstate 40, the town of Candler, NC, and Asheville's popular Smokey Park Highway are all less than a ten-minute drive away, with numerous options for dining and shopping. You'll love the convenience of being only minutes from the grocery store! Breathtaking scenic drives stretch out into the mountains in every direction from here, offering numerous ways to explore the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge. Head north for outdoor adventures including hiking the Appalachian Trail, skiing at Cataloochee Ski Area (48 min), ziplining, tubing, and whitewater rafting. Asheville attractions such as the Biltmore Estate (30 min.), the River Arts District (25 min.), and Harrah's Cherokee Event Center (55 min.) are close enough for a day trip or an evening out on the town. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Candler and is approximately 25 minutes from downtown Asheville.
