Lovely home I'm Wolf Laurel. Easy check in, cozy space. Gravel road to cabin was no problem for me on this trip, but rain or snow might require a 4wd. Would stay here again. Thank you!

The communication leading up to and during the stay was great, and check-in couldn’t have been easier. The treehouse area was super fun and the property was in good shape. We liked the neighborhood and would stay there again.

My family and I chose to stay here basically for the view we saw online. When we arrived, there were some hiccups. There were no instructions on how to work the heater that we could find, and it was freezing. Turns out the fireplace *was* the heater, and there were instructions printed on a single piece of paper lying flat on the mantle and invisible to us. We called for help, and we were walked through what we needed to do. But then the air circulation system stopped working. It was warm enough for the night. The next day, everything was promptly repaired, and we were very pleased with how attentive the owners/property managers (not sure which) were to our needs. The view is absolutely gorgeous, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we asked to stay another day. We had fun vegging around the house and exploring area attractions like the planetarium, Linville Caverns, and Grandfather Mountain. There's lots to do in this area, but the cabin feels so remote that it's like retreating into your own world when you get back. We loved coming "home", cooking dinner, and doing family time or retreating to our separate spaces for some quiet time. With our family of five, that was easily achieved with all the rooms in the place. And bonus! We got snowed in for a day. One thing I will advise for others is to bring something to keep the insects out. We got used to cleaning up after ourselves promptly, which took care of the ants, but the ladybug-looking Asian ladybeetles needed shelter in the cold and there were many in the cabin. It wasn't entirely unpleasant, but they were numerous enough to make me want to bring my wax or oil burners next time and see if lavender or peppermint smells will drive them away. And, yes, we do plan to be back.

Very nice place. The view is spectacular! The kitchen is well equipped which was a big plus. The AC was not working when we got there due to Hurricane Helene, but it was fixed later.

Spectacular views! This place is really beautiful. The house is well stocked, including the kitchen, which was a big bonus for my family who loves to cook. The beds were awesome! Everyone talked about how comfortable they were. The general store is great, they have a coffee bar and ice cream and a wide selection of essentials. The massage place next door to the general store, Boundless Body, is spectacular so if you get a chance, I recommend it highly! It’s a lovely place to stay and we can’t wait to come back. Our only tiny complaint was that the heater was out in the community pool, which made it pretty impossible to swim in, but they told us that was in the process of being repaired.

The place was exactly as described. We had everything needed and then some. Great place to disconnect and recharge batteries to get back to everyday life. We came as a family and we had a great time. From my grandkids to my kids, my husband, and my mom! Loved all the Knick knacks, kids' games, plenty of blankets, towels, etc. It was a blast. Awesome place!

Double Your Fun was a great place to celebrate our family! The house was clean and well-supplied with a wonderful mountain view. My grandkids & big kids enjoyed the ping pong, foosball& many games provided by the owner. There were two gathering areas with comfortable seating. We loved downtown Mars Hill& snow tubing @Zip& Slide. Carolina Mornings is very helpful & easily accessible. Also, great customer service is provided by the owner.

Such a perfect little home for a family getaway - the pictures don't do this place full justice! Cozy yet spacious at the same time, and the treehouse-themed staircase and loft were a huge hit. Plenty to do at the house if you encounter a rainy day, from ping-pong to board games and streaming, although we never got tired of hanging on the deck and enjoying that view! The community amenities are well maintained and make for a great morning or afternoon. Lots of cool hiking trails right in the neighborhood, so you don't have to go far for the full mountain adventure experience. The home is in a pretty remote location, but there's a cute little general store just a few minutes down the road, with good coffee, sandwiches, and basic supplies. It's only 20 or so minutes from the nearest grocery store in Mars Hill, 40-45 from downtown Asheville.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space or be together. Enjoyed the peaceful setting and absolutely breathtaking views. When we remained home, there was plenty to do between walking, ping-pong, foosball, reading, TV, or just hanging out on the back porch. We just wish we had scheduled to stay longer. Hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful vacation at your amazing place. The kids absolutely loved the tree house and we had many laughs at the table playing some card games. The view was beautiful and the place was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. Our only disappointment was how quickly our time passed by. I have a feeling we'll be back!

The house had lots of great living spaces, indoors and out. The view from the top deck is beautiful and makes it worth the distance to groceries (about 25 minutes).

Overall we had a fantastic stay. The house is located just near the AT and we loved our hikes. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out.

One of the best cabins we’ve ever stayed in around Asheville! We were 3 families and spent our entire time in the cabin. We had a lot of fun with the board games and table tennis. One of the best experiences was our barbeque with that view!

Best Rental I have visited! The view itself was breath taking. So many activities to do inside the home. The road was slippery getting up due to snow, so recommend taking a vehicle to withstand the inclines during the winter months.

Beautiful views. A luxury cabin with every modern amenity from home. Fantastic location. Super quiet and private. We enjoyed every aspect. Cannot say enough things about the place. 5 stars all around. Clean. Cozy. Everything you could ask for. Plenty of space. Highly recommended. Would go back in a heartbeat.
