Hidden on a quiet stretch of North Mills River that's a quick interstate drive from Biltmore Park and downtown Asheville, Colorscape is centrally located but feels like a world away. Enjoy a close drive to many conveniences such as grocery shopping (4 min.), the airport (7 min.), and the Sierra Nevada Brewery (10 min.). After a busy day spent exploring local trails on the Blue Ridge Parkway and in nearby Brevard, known as the “Land of Waterfalls," it's a short drive home to refresh and regroup. Discover Asheville's farm-to-table dining establishments, craft breweries, theaters, art galleries, and vibrant music scene, all within easy reach of Colorscape. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Mills River and is approximately 24 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Important Property Notes
• Noise Ordinance
Colorscape is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance Recommended
During the winter months, we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
