Head north for outdoor adventures including hiking the Appalachian Trail and skiing at Cataloochee Ski Area (40 min), discover tubing in the Pigeon River, and take on whitewater rafting on the French Broad River. Asheville attractions such as the Biltmore Estate, the River Arts District, and Harrah's Cherokee Event Center are close enough for a day trip or an evening out on the town. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Leicester and is approximately 25 minutes from downtown Asheville; at 3,330ft above sea level.

• This home is nestled in a beautiful area that is also home to North Carolina natural wildlife. North Carolina Bears are commonly passing through and around the neighborhood during the Spring-Fall months.


Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
