Discover Blue Ridge Retreat among the rolling hills of Leicester only 8 miles north of Asheville. Scenic drives stretch out into the mountains in every direction from here, showcasing the natural beauty of the mountains surrounding the home. Head north for outdoor adventures including hiking the Appalachian Trail, skiing, and whitewater rafting. Area attractions such as the Biltmore Estate (22 min.) and the River Arts District (18 min) are close enough for a quick trip, and downtown Asheville offers fine dining and entertainment. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Leicester and is approximately 16 minutes from downtown Asheville; all above 2,126ft sea level.

• Noise Ordinance
Blue Ridge Retreat is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Additionally, Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance Recommended
During the winter months, we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
