Winding along the mountain ridge above Asheville, Town Mountain Road is a favorite local drive to see beautiful homes with prized views. A drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway (entrance 3.9 miles away) will lead you out into the wilderness where trails and waterfalls await your discovery, or else head down the mountain into Asheville, where you'll find farm-to-table dining establishments, craft breweries, art galleries, and a vibrant music scene. Local attractions such as the Biltmore Estate and River Arts District are close enough for an afternoon jaunt. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Asheville and is approximately 7 minutes to downtown Asheville, 2,843ft above sea level.

• 4WD or AWD Required in Winter
Often the best views in WNC are the hardest to get to. The property you are staying at requires a 4WD or AWD vehicle to access in winter due to the steep and paved driveway. Please make sure to use your 4WD or AWD during inclement weather. Vehicles that are not equipped with this feature may become stuck in the driveway and will need to contact a local towing company. We will not be involved in any vehicle related incidents. For the extra effort, however, you are rewarded with beauty, and a lot of fun just getting there!
• Noise Ordinance: Town Mountain Breeze is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 9:30 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
