With easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Sunset Haven is the perfect location to enjoy all that western North Carolina has to offer.

This peaceful three bedroom home easily sleeps six and sits on eight acres of forest with not a neighbor to be seen. Wireless Internet, CD/iPod player in living room, Bose iPod player in upstairs bedroom, a washer/dryer, dishwasher and fireplace means all the comforts of home. A gazebo overlooks a landscaped field with a short walking path. Other trails are available throughout the Swannanoa area. Be sure to check out Warren Wilson College’s beautiful campus and River Trail just down the mountain. It’s a great place to get in a river swim!
