Discover an extraordinary mountain getaway at Lake Serenity! Featuring a private recreational lake, multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, and six bedrooms, this impressive 4,000-square-foot home tops the list of mountain vacation rental houses in Western North Carolina. Able to accommodate large groups of people, Lake Serenity offers the ideal space for friendly get-togethers, family reunions, and corporate or church retreats.
As you approach the Lake Serenity estate, take a moment to appreciate the postcard perfect scene across the lake. This stunning brick home offers seamless indoor/outdoor living with multiple balconies and a walk-out lower level patio that all overlook the water and surrounding forest. The spacious main level features a soaring vaulted ceiling, a two-story stone hearth, and a kitchen and dining area that's ideal for serving large groups. There's plenty of places to kick back and relax throughout the home, whether you prefer a leather reclining chair by the wood fireplace or a lounge chair in the shade of the covered balcony. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops has bar seating and an adjacent sun room that make mealtimes a group affair.
On the lower level, a wet bar and a covered patio provide a more intimate entertaining area. For a little competitive camaraderie, challenge your friends to a game of ping-pong or test your gaming skills in the media room. Catch up on beauty rest in one of six well-appointed bedrooms; a soaking tub and pass-through fireplace in one of the main level suites will warm your bones for a long, peaceful slumber. Both full bathrooms on the main level include showers that are equipped with safety bars and built-in seating. For the kids in your group, the upper level bunk room includes four child-size twin beds.
With no other houses in sight, Lake Serenity offers you the rare opportunity to enjoy a private lake at your own pace. Wake up to morning mist on the lake and wildlife sightings around the water's edge. Lake Serenity gives reason for celebration in every season: the vibrant foliage in the fall, the mountain charm of a winter wonderland, and during spring and summer, limitless activities that center around the lake - a shoreline picnic, a boat ride, an evening stroll, a midnight bonfire. The fishing dock is a great place to gather for fun days in the sun. Unwind in comfort and style at Lake Serenity!
