Amazing house perfect for a peaceful secluded getaway with a few family friends. House was clean and had everything you would need. Far enough out for peace and quiet yet close enough to easily run to town. Definitely want to have a 4x4 vehicle if the weather is bad. We actually had great cell service up there!

This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway to the Smokey Mountains. The house was really secluded which was exactly what we were looking for. The house is wonderfully close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Great Smokey Mountain National Park!

The house was beautiful, and the scenery was fantastic. All communication was fantastic and it was easy to access the home upon arrival. No question, 4 x 4 is needed as this is truly a Mountain house and a gravel road with switchbacks. The house was clean and well-kept, beds were excellent and appliances were very nice. We had a great vacation and would strongly consider returning. Thanks for a great ski weekend!

Our family really loved this cabin with a stunning decor and view of the mountains. You have all of the amenities that you need including a dishwasher and drier. We had a daily visitor - a cute bunny! The only drawback was the internet which was very slow but it allows you to truly disconnect and enjoy your vacation :)

"what a place to converge! Our small family met for a couple of relaxing days before Christmas. daughter from Boston sun from Kentucky and Mom and Dad from Tennessee. Due to covid-19, we did not eat out or go to any of the normal tourist venues. We brought our groceries and ate all of our meals here with all the leaves off the trees there was a fantastic view down the valley! Even better with the relaxing cup of coffee. The weather was cool overnight and about 50° during the day. We woke up to a dusting of snow one morning. We were disappointed to find that the Blue Ridge parkway was closed for the season, but hiked nearby into some snow. Other days we hiked into the national Park. Our last day here, we drove through Bryson City. Cool town to come enjoy when the pandemic is over. I had looked forward to seeing elk, but Cataloochee valley was closed and didn't see any in our travels. The gas fireplace was nice to keep a snug as a bug in the rug. "

This place was amazing and exactly what we were looking for in a mountain retreat. Spectacular view. Definitely secluded. Make sure you arrive in daylight as the drive to the location is definitely mountainous. We loved it and would love to go back.

"Wilderness Ridge was a great get-away. Me and my 3 siblings loved playing pool and listening to music in the game room, and the hot tub was a great place to relax our muscles especially after all the hiking we did. I highly recommend for anyone staying here next to wake up for sunrise, the sun comes right over the mountain this time of year. Overall we had an eventful yet relaxing stay and I would love to come back!"

"We had a nice, relaxing time here! The weather was fantastic which helped. We loved sitting on the rocking chairs looking at the view and the hot tub! We had two young kids with us which limited our exploration but there's a ton of fun things to do! Take a drive down the mountain to Hidden Cove Road to see the waterfalls! What a cute spot. The new brewery in town, Beerworks on the creek was great. Thanks for a great place to stay!"

"We arrived in the dark so finding it was a little nerve racking HaHa. It did rain all night and we lost power. BUT we woke up 10/27 to breath-taking views, wonderful weather & power. This cabin is beautiful & the man cave is pretty Epic. Places we visited: Soco Falls was amazing. This is a moderate hike but the view is something you must see. Wear good hiking shoes because it does get slick. We went to the Patio in Waynesville for lunch and did a little shopping there and in Maggie Valley. We rented a slingshot from Cabbage Rose and drove the Blue Ridge Parkway. We highly recommend doing this. We also did the Water Rock Hike. The views are amazing. We visited the Biltmore Estate and went to Asheville. Arden has a lot of chain stores, we did not feel the estate was worth the money BUT the winery was great. There are a lot of things to do. We also were not a huge fan of Asheville. We did go to a really good restaurant called Tupelo Honey and that place was really good. It rained all day so we enjoyed the cabin. Notes for Carolina Mornings: We actually have great cell service and Wifi. There are plenty of supplies here. We purchased extra for no reason."

"Well last year this time we were dreading going back home after running from Hurricane Michael. Home is still being repaired but we still have one. Had friends up this year and it was fun. We didn't do much of anything but eat, drink, and be merry but that was plenty. Friends took us to dinner at the Frog's Leap in Waynesville. Dinner was great. They left on 10/17. Our last night 10/18, we went to dinner at the Chef's Table and it was also nice. It's always a wonderful time when we come here. We will be back. The home was very clean. Thank you. "

"We absolutely loved this Mountain home -- had all the items you would ever need to enjoy ones stay. The view is spectacularly beautiful. The bedrooms are so comfortable and cozy, better than home. "This week has been absolutely amazing!!! We planned on a ""relaxing"" vacation in the Smoky Mountains - not! We traveled to Gatlinburg, The Biltmore in Asheville, Cherokee and to Chimney Rock! Such beautiful areas to see: the Soco Falls, Mingo Falls, Hickory Nut Falls, and the Biltmore. We saw many elk outside of Cherokee and one lone elk on Soco Road (heading home from dinner). We had an amazing time! Loved the cabin - beautiful! Enjoyed the hot tub & outside fireplace. Unfortunately we are headed home - to ""relax"". Loved our stay!"

"My family and i stayed here for 5 nights, and enjoyed every bit of our stay! The home was spectacular, looked like they had an interior decorator design it. All of the furnishings were high quality. We loved the upscale fire pit, rocking swing, and hot tub. If 1 fire pit wasn't enough, there are 2 electric fire places inside the home! The kitchen was fully equipped and we really enjoyed our family cooking and meals here. The home offers a lot of privacy on its own private road. Downtown Waynesville was within minutes driving, and Asheville was about an hour away. We were able to hike right outside our cabin, and even found wild blackberries. It was a pleasure, and we would definitely stay here in the future!! Also, Carolina mornings was super helpful, so I would definitely recommend booking through them."

Beautiful Cabin! The hot tub was amazing! Everything was very clean. Everything we could ever want and more. Amazing views and very private. Fun hiking down to the little waterfall/stream you can hear from the back deck. A little slice of heaven in the mountains! Definitely be back!
