There are a bunch of things to do when you stay at The Grape Escape. The home is located only one mile from the grocery store and several dining options in the Reynolds community of East Asheville and a short two-minute drive from the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Asheville's numerous attractions are only moments away, including the Biltmore Estate and the River Arts District. Just around the bend, the Blue Ridge Parkway provides a journey to see the best of the mountains whether you're hiking, biking, or driving. Close enough to downtown to enjoy an Uber or food delivery, this location also offers easy, paved access to both I-240 and I-40. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Asheville and is approximately 9-minute driving distance from downtown Asheville.

Please note that this home is a collection property, and you could have neighbors while staying at The Grape Escape. This home does share the backyard, parking area, and fire pit amenity, however, none of the living spaces inside the two homes are shared.
• Noise Ordinance
The Grape Escape is located in a mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance Recommended
During the winter months, we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events.
Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
