Important Property Notes
• This home is in a neighborhood setting, close to Beaver Lake park. However, there are no sidewalks in the community. Guests may walk in the road if they feel comfortable doing so.
• In order to use paid services such as Netflix and Hulu Plus on the Smart TV, guests must provide their own subscription account. Additional content is available through several free services.
• *Elk Mountain Urban Refuge is pet-friendly with restrictions, only allowing dogs weighing less than 35 lbs.
