Beaucatcher Mountain was named in the mid-1800s, when James W. Patton (who owned the land) watched his sister-in-law, Charlotte Kerry, stroll with her suitor along the property. James then called the mountain, Charlotte’s Beau Catcher. These days, Beaucatcher Mountain is still a great spot for a stroll and the a perfect place to take in some great views of downtown. Stay atop this majestic mountain at our great condo, Beaucatcher.
Beaucatcher is a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that has outstanding views from both of the bedrooms and the large private balcony. On the ground level, it is easily accessible and is conveniently located only about 5 minutes from downtown Asheville and from the Biltmore Estate.
The condo is bathed in natural light and has a wonderful warm feel. The kitchen is bright and the perfect place to cook up a culinary masterpiece. A wonderful dining area opens up to the living room area with a modern red leather couch, flat screen TV. The living room's fireplace is perfect for cool nights.
