Superbowl Sunday in Asheville

Superbowl Sunday in Asheville

So you're in Asheville for Superbowl Sunday - where can you watch it? Sunday, February 7th will see football parties aplenty - read on for some suggestions on where to spend the evening rooting for your favorite team!

Buffalo Wild Wings
Buffalo Wild Wings on Tunnel Road is a gameday mecca.  It combines the three best parts about Sunday during football season - chicken wings, beer, and many, many televisions. 68 televisions, 8 of which are 108-inch projector screens and another 8 are 65-inch plasmas, will be blasting the game for the fans while the classic gameday menu of chicken wings, nachos, snacks, and beer will be positively flowing from the kitchen. The restaurant has seating for 400 people, so this will be the largest Superbowl party in Asheville by a long shot. Be sure to get there early, as they expect to be packed to near full capacity by 4:30 PM.

Pack's Tavern
Pack's Tavern, located in the heart of Downtown Asheville, will be screening the game on 11 televisions, one of which will be a 110-inch high-definition screen with the sound projected for all to hear on high quality Bose speakers. This should be a riot of fun, not only because of the delicious food and the amazing location, but because of the fantastic drink specials that they'll have going for game day fans - Bloody Mary's and Mimosas will be $4 all day and draught beer specials will be posted behind the bar.

Bier Garden
The Bier Garden is located on Haywood St in Downtown Historic Asheville and boasts plenty of TVs for the fans out there. 20 50-inch televisions and two large projection screens will allow for all patrons to get their football fix. Special Superbowl themed foods, drink specials, chicken wings, and delicious burgers will be present in abundance.  Be sure to wear your team jersey because appetizers are half price for anyone who shows up repping their favored team and gameday swag will be raffled off during pregame, halftime, and post game.
