New PropertiesAbout PerfectAbout Perfect is also known as the cabin set in the tree tops and has a well deserved reputation of providing peace and relaxation to all who come visit. It is located in the woods, but still close enough to put a drive into Asheville at about 20 minutes and a drive to many other great places like the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Just 10 minutes from I-40, and your vacation begins!

Landmark CabinLandmark Cabin is located on a quiet street across the road from the Rocky Broad River. It has wonderful views of Chimney Rock and you can enjoy the sounds of the river on the rocking chair front porch. We have been told that this historical cabin was the first schoolhouse in SC and relocated to Chimney Rock in the 1950's. We have just completed an extensive renovation of the entire cabin that hopefully will preserve it for many more generations.
