Shari Goldstein is the Chief Executive Officer of Carolina Mornings. Shari started Carolina Mornings in 1997, then known as Asheville Cabins, as a part-time business in her house. It didn't take long for the business to grow into a full-time, successful business with over 80 properties, a full time dedicated team and 2 office locations. Shari's passion for integrity, accountability and professionalism make Carolina Mornings the unrivaled leader in Asheville vacation property rentals and management.
Shari graduated at the University of Michigan's School of Nursing and also holds a Masters of Public Health from UNC, Chapel Hill and has served in the Congo as a Peace Corp Volunteer. She is the mother of 2 beautiful teenage daughters and two four legged shadows, Curious and Jezzibel. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering in a myriad of venues from China to local Farmers Markets.
Shari is a member of the board of directors of the North Carolina Vacation Rental Managers Association.

Ginger Boyd is the Chief Operating Officer for Carolina Mornings. She began her career with the company in 2000 as a Vacation Specialist. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Ginger remained at Carolina Mornings to offer her expertise in management and development. Soon after, she discovered her passion for real estate and furthered her education by becoming a real estate broker in 2007. Her contributions and progressive ideas have aided in the overall growth of the company, as she continues to bring innovation and creativity to the table.Director of Property Management & NC Real Estate Broker
Larry, the Director of Property Management at Carolina Mornings, has worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. He loves the fast paced nature of the industry and the ever changing needs of travelers.
He began his career working for Choice Hotels in Charleston and Hilton Head and then took the opportunity to live out west and work at a ski resort where he was a manager in the lodging department by night and a ski bum by day. When he first moved to Asheville, he worked for Courtyard by Marriott and was the opening General Manager of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
In 2004, he began working with vacation rental homes at a resort on Lake Lure as the Director of Resort Operation. During that time, he got his broker's license and was the 'Broker in Charge' until joining the team at Carolina Mornings.
When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, a husky mix named Andy, a parakeet, and two cats that just showed up and won't leave...
He also enjoys recreational and competitive road bike riding. He was selected to the Velosports Performance racing team in 2008 and has been training and racing in North and South Carolina.

Katie, an NC Real Estate Broker and Carolina Mornings Vacation Specialist, is originally from Yorkshire, England where she attended Hotel School. She earned European hospitality industry experience in Monaco, France and the Netherlands, and then settled permanently in the USA in 1994.
She has been affiliated with Real Estate development, construction and estate management from Aspen, Colorado, Taos, New Mexico & Jupiter Island, Florida.
Katie spends her free time dog training, hiking, scuba diving and dining out at the diverse array of local Asheville restaurants.

Vacation Specialist
Stephanie is a true local who loves calling Asheville home. She has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 11 years. Much of that time has been spent managing in local fine-dining establishments.
When not at work, Stephanie loves spending time with her amazing five year old son and fiancee. She enjoys cooking, shopping at farmer's markets, traveling, photography, hiking, attending wine tastings, and enjoying the myriad of local dining establishments and cultural festivities.

Rhey is a Vacation Specialist at Carolina Mornings. She is a student at University of North Carolina at Asheville majoring in Political Science and minoring in Spanish. Rhey enjoys Asheville’s music scene, watching movies, and jump roping competitively.
